The invention provides an airtight fabric based on a modified styrene thermoplastic elastomer and a preparation method of the airtight fabric. The preparation method comprises the following steps: introducing an epoxy group into a soft segment of SEBS through grafting reaction to obtain modified SEBS; a modified SEBS adhesive film with high cohesiveness is obtained based on the modified SEBS, and then the modified SEBS adhesive film and fiber base cloth are subjected to a double-layer co-extrusion casting process to obtain the high-performance composite airtight fabric. The airtight fabric based on the modified styrene thermoplastic elastomer has the advantages of being lower in fabric gram weight and better in comfort degree in the wearing process on the premise that the existing safety related mechanical performance is met, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing inflatable life jackets.

    本发明提供了一种基于改性苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体的气密性面料及其制备方法,通过接枝反应将环氧基团引入SEBS的软段中获得改性后的SEBS;基于改性后的SEBS获得具有强粘结性的改性SEBS胶粘膜,进而将改性SEBS胶粘膜与纤维基布通过双层共挤流延工艺获得高性能的复合气密性面料。本发明的基于改性苯乙烯类热塑弹性体的气密性面料在满足现有的安全相关机械性能的前提下,具有面料克重更低,穿戴过程中舒适度更好的特点,尤其适用于制作气胀式救生衣。
