The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle positioning device, a take-off and landing platform, a building and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The limiting assembly is installed on the rack, the limiting assembly comprises a limiting rod extending vertically, and the limiting rod is provided with an insertion part used for being in vertical insertion fit with a fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the first driving part is configured to drive the limiting rod to move in the horizontal direction; and the second driving part is configured to drive the limiting rod to move in the vertical direction. During use, the first driving part and the second driving part drive the limiting rod to move to the fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction correspondingly, and the limiting rod and the fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle are in vertical insertion fit through the insertion part so that the fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be directly positioned.
