The invention discloses graphene heat-conducting glass for an automobile window. The graphene heat-conducting glass comprises a nano iron oxide coating coated on the surface of transparent glass, the surface of the nano iron oxide coating is coated with a cubic boron nitride coating with a nano twin crystal structure; and a graphene circuit layer is arranged on the surface of the cubic boron nitride coating. By means of the middle dielectric layer, the adhesive force of the graphene can be well improved, the service life is prolonged, and the good performance of the graphene is kept; wherein the nano iron oxide coating has good ultraviolet resistance and heat-conducting property; the cubic boron nitride coating with the nano twin crystal structure has good heat-conducting property, insulating property and high-energy particle radiation resistance; meanwhile, the cubic boron nitride coating of the nano twin crystal structure has good protection performance, the nano iron oxide coating can be prevented from being electrically corroded and corroded by acid and alkali possibly existing in the air by covering the cubic boron nitride coating on the nano iron oxide coating, and the service life of the nano iron oxide coating is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种汽车车窗用石墨烯导热玻璃,包括在透明玻璃表面上涂覆的纳米氧化铁涂层;纳米氧化铁涂层的表面涂覆有纳米孪晶结构的立方氮化硼涂层;立方氮化硼涂层的表面布置有石墨烯电路层。本发明通过中间介质层的方式,能够很好地提高石墨烯的附着力,提高使用寿命,保持石墨烯良好的性能;其中纳米氧化铁涂层具有良好的抗紫外线性能以及导热性能;纳米孪晶结构的立方氮化硼涂层具有良好的导热性能、绝缘性能以及抗高能粒子辐射性能;同时纳米孪晶结构的立方氮化硼涂层具有良好的保护性能,覆盖在纳米氧化铁涂层能够防止纳米氧化铁涂层被电腐蚀、被空气中可能存在的酸碱腐蚀,提高纳米氧化铁涂层的使用寿命。
