The invention relates to the technical field of motor control, in particular to a variable-frequency brushless motor control method based on vehicle speed adjustment, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, initializing a variable-frequency brushless motor control method, and determining an environment temperature demand, a manually set demand and a variable-frequency rotating speed threshold value; s2, monitoring the requirement of the current environment temperature or the requirement of manual setting, and when the requirement is met, starting a variable-frequency brushless motor to carry out variable-frequency rotating speed control; s3, the motor controller obtains the actual rotating speed of the motor in the last period, and the obtained actual rotating speed of the motor in the last period is compared with the variable-frequency rotating speed threshold value; and S4, adjusting the carrier frequency of the motor according to a comparison result between the actual rotating speed of the motor in the last period and the variable-frequency rotating speed threshold value. The carrier frequency of the motor can be dynamically adjusted according to the actual rotating speed of the motor, the carrier frequency adjustment is stable, the safety coefficient is high, meanwhile, the heat loss during motor operation can be reduced, and the energy utilization rate is improved.

    本发明涉及电机控制技术领域,具体涉及基于车速调节的变频无刷电机控制方法,采用以下步骤:S1:变频无刷电机控制方法初始化,确定环境温度的需求、人工设定的需求和变频转速阈值;S2:监控当前环境温度的需求或人工设定的需求,当满足需求时,启动变频无刷电机进行变频转速控制;S3:电机控制器获取上一周期电机的实际转速,使用获取到的上一周期电机的实际转速与变频转速阈值进行对比;S4:根据上一周期电机的实际转速与变频转速阈值之间的比对结果,调节电机的载波频率。本发明能够根据电机的实际转速动态调整电机的载波频率,载波频率调节平稳,安全系数高,同时能够降低电机运行时的热损失,提高能源利用率。
