When a communication connection channel is disconnected, evaluation contents of a target vehicle and a connection vehicle are acquired, and a cooperation refusing event is recorded and marked, so that a record of the cooperation refusing event is established, and meanwhile, an opposite vehicle which refuses cooperation is marked, and subsequent processing is performed on the marked vehicle. And the recorded information of the event can be reviewed for the second time, so that the marked vehicle can be reasonably and just processed, and misjudgment and abuse of a marking mechanism can be prevented.
