The lifting appliance upper frame comprises a first frame body and a second frame body, the second frame body is arranged on the lower side of the first frame body; the tilting structure is connected between the first frame body and the second frame body and comprises a hinge four-bar mechanism, the hinge four-bar mechanism is arranged in the height direction and comprises a first rod piece, a second rod piece, a third rod piece and a fourth rod piece, the first rod piece is connected with the first frame body, the second rod piece and the fourth rod piece are oppositely arranged and connected with the second frame body, and the third rod piece and the fourth rod piece are oppositely arranged; the connection positions are arranged at intervals; the power piece is connected with the hinge four-bar mechanism and suitable for driving the second rod piece, the third rod piece and the fourth rod piece to rotate relative to the first rod piece, and the second rod piece and the connecting point between the fourth rod piece and the second frame body move in the reverse direction in the height direction. Due to the arrangement, each rod piece has multidirectional constraint, is stable in structure and can bear large loads, meanwhile, stress is dispersed through the third rod piece, single-side stress concentration is avoided, and the structural stability is further improved.

    本发明提供的一种吊具上架和起重设备,包括:第一架体;第二架体,设置在第一架体下侧;倾转结构,连接设置在第一架体和第二架体之间,包括:铰链四杆机构,沿高度方向设置,包括第一杆件、第二杆件、第三杆件和第四杆件,第一杆件与第一架体连接,第二杆件和第四杆件相对设置,并分别与第二架体连接设置,且其连接位置呈间隔设置;动力件,与铰链四杆机构连接,适于驱动第二杆件、第三杆件和第四杆件相对第一杆件转动,且第二杆件和第四杆件分别与第二架体间的连接点沿高度方向呈反向运动。这样设置使各个杆件存在多向约束,结构稳定,可承受较大载荷,同时还通过第三杆件的实现分散受力,避免单侧应力集中,进一步提高结构稳定性。
