The invention provides an auxiliary device for landing of a helicopter on an uneven ground, the device is divided into a left half ship and a right half ship, and each of the left half ship and the right half ship comprises a girder 7, a first-stage hinge 6, a second-stage hinge 4, a third-stage hinge 2, a first-stage truss 5, a second-stage truss 3, a third-stage truss 11, a clamping rod 1, a compensation port 17 and a mallet-shaped compensation plate 10; the left half ship further comprises a left ship body 9, an outer concave connector 12 and a threaded cylinder 8. The right half ship further comprises a right ship body 16, an inner concave connector 13, a threaded rocker 15 and a rocker cylinder 14, the left half ship and the right half ship are of a half-ship-shaped structure, the threaded cylinder 8 of the left half ship is in threaded fit with the threaded rocker 15 of the right half ship, the outer concave connector 12 on the left half ship is in butt joint fit with the inner concave connector 13 on the right half ship, and the left half ship and the right half ship are combined to form the auxiliary ship.
