The invention discloses an aircraft internal air supply overflow pipeline and a mounting method. The aircraft internal air supply overflow pipeline comprises a bottom supporting assembly, a bent pipe assembly, a curved pipe assembly and a top supporting assembly which are sequentially connected and internally communicated. The bottom end of the bottom supporting assembly is used for being connected with a water tank and arranged vertically, the bottom end of the bent pipe assembly is connected with the bottom supporting assembly, the top end of the bent pipe assembly is bent to the horizontal lower portion and connected with the bent pipe assembly, the axis of the bent pipe assembly has height difference, and the end connected with the bent pipe assembly is higher than the other end. The end of the top supporting assembly is used for being connected with the inner wall of the fuselage, and the connected top supporting assembly communicates with the outside of the aircraft. Air can be supplied to the water tank, overflow of the water tank is prevented, and medium discharge in the water tank is accelerated.

    本发明公开了一种飞机内部补气溢流管道及安装方法,包括依次连接且内部连通的底部支撑组件、折管组件、曲管组件和顶部支撑组件;底部支撑组件底端用于连接水箱,底部支撑组件竖直朝向设置,折管组件底端连接底部支撑组件,顶端弯折至水平偏下并连接曲管组件,曲管组件轴线存在高度差,与折管组件连接的一端高度高于另一端,顶部支撑组件端部用于连接机身内壁,且连接后顶部支撑组件连通至飞机外部。能够为水箱补气,防止水箱溢流,实现了水箱内介质排放增速。
