The invention discloses a container storage system which comprises a guide rail frame, a guide rail bridge and a supporting cover, wherein the guide rail bridge is matched with the guide rail frame so as to guide containers to be quickly injected and loaded along a formed continuous rail and limit and support the loaded containers, and the supporting cover is arranged in the continuous guide rail and used for stacking the containers above an exposed deck on the supporting cover. The guide rail frame and the guide rail bridge form a full guide rail frame structure, after the container is loaded along the full guide rail frame structure, binding and fixing are not needed, use of a traditional binding bridge and a traditional binding rod is omitted, higher transverse supporting rigidity is provided, meanwhile, positioning and rail injection of the container are easier, and the labor intensity of workers is lowered. The labor time and the labor cost of binding operation of wharf workers are saved, and rapid boxing can be achieved.
