The invention relates to a driving out-of-control processing method and device for a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether the vehicle meets a preset driving out-of-control condition or not; when it is detected that the vehicle meets the preset running out-of-control condition, the vehicle is controlled to enter a running out-of-control mode, so that the current position of the vehicle on the road and traffic flow information of the road are obtained; and generating an out-of-control processing strategy of the vehicle according to the current position and the traffic flow information, and controlling the vehicle to move to a position which does not affect road traffic based on the out-of-control processing strategy and then parking the vehicle. Therefore, the problems that in the related technology, under the condition that only tire burst detection and auxiliary braking are conducted, it is difficult to reduce the danger caused by tire burst and out-of-control of the vehicle in the high-speed state, the direction of the vehicle cannot be accurately controlled, reasonable parking cannot be achieved, serial accidents and traffic congestion are likely to be caused, and the intelligence and safety of the vehicle are reduced are solved.

    本申请涉及一种车辆的行车失控处理方法及装置,其中,方法包括:检测车辆是否满足预设行车失控条件;在检测达到车辆满足预设行车失控条件的情况下,控制车辆进入行车失控模式,以获取车辆在道路上的当前位置和道路的车流信息;根据当前位置和车流信息生成车辆的失控处理策略,并基于失控处理策略控制车辆移动至不影响道路交通的位置后驻车。由此,解决了相关技术中,在只进行爆胎检测和辅助制动的情况下,难以减小高速状态下爆胎和车辆失控导致的危险,无法准确控制车辆的方向并合理的停车,易造成连环事故和交通拥堵,降低了车辆的智能性和安全性等问题。
