A discharging positive electrode of the battery pack is communicated with a control circuit power supply of the controller through a first relay, a second power-off switch is arranged between the battery pack and the controller, and the battery pack is connected with a first power-off switch; the battery pack comprises a battery cell module and a power management module communicated with the battery cell module, the emergency power-off switch is arranged to control the vehicle to be forbidden when the vehicle is charged, the safety of the vehicle is doubly guaranteed, the power management module collects the charging current, voltage and temperature of the battery, the battery is charged according to needs, and the charging efficiency of the vehicle is improved. And various conditions such as insufficient charging, overcharging, overheating and low-temperature charging in the charging process of the lithium battery in the blind charging state are effectively avoided.
