The invention discloses a network source load storage and charging control system with cooperative regional autonomy and demand response. Relates to the technical field of power system control, and comprises a flexible ordered charging control terminal used for monitoring an electrical load, an energy storage device module, a photovoltaic power supply module, a power grid power supply module and a charging pile module; the distributed power supply is used for being connected with a power grid supply network and controlling the access of the power grid supply network; the energy storage DES control module is used for carrying out storage control on power supply of the photovoltaic power supply power generation and power grid power supply module; the charging load migration control terminal is used for providing electric energy output to charge and control external equipment; the electrical load migration control terminal is used for monitoring and controlling the electricity consumption of the electrical load; a power distribution area control terminal; a novel load management system; and a flexible ordered charging operator management platform. According to the invention, more public charging piles are promoted to be built in a city, charging is more convenient, and city power supply is safer and more stable.
