The invention provides a dimming film and vehicle glass. The dimming film and the vehicle glass are beneficial to improving the visual effect and the driving experience. The dimming film includes: an upper polarizing plate having a first light transmitting axis perpendicular to a thickness direction of the dimming film; a lower polarizer having a second light transmission axis parallel to the first light transmission axis; the interlayer structure is located between the upper polaroid and the lower polaroid and comprises a first electric substrate, a first orientation layer, a liquid crystal layer, a second orientation layer and a second electric substrate which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode, the liquid crystal layer is filled with liquid crystals, the liquid crystals are provided with optical axes, and the optical axes are in the long axis direction of liquid crystal molecules; the optical axis is configured to be parallel to the thickness direction of the light adjusting film when the first electric substrate and the second electric substrate provide the first electric field, and to be perpendicular to the thickness direction of the light adjusting film and form an included angle of 45 degrees with the first light transmitting axis when the first electric substrate and the second electric substrate provide the second electric field.
