The longitudinal ribs are inserted into the open grooves, the skin is laid on the longitudinal ribs and the transverse ribs, and the bonding interfaces of the skin, the longitudinal ribs and the transverse ribs are filled with resin adhesive films and are cured and formed through a hot pressing process. The longitudinal ribs and the transverse ribs are integrally formed through the composite materials, holes are prevented from being formed in the skin and the ribs, metal connecting pieces and fastening pieces are greatly reduced, the structural rigidity and integrity can be remarkably improved, and the structural weight is effectively reduced.
