The invention discloses a lightweight design monitoring method for an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) ship structure, which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, determining the composition of design stages in a ship design life cycle, and analyzing factors influencing the weight of an empty ship in each stage; s2, a preliminary design stage, wherein the empty ship weight of the ship is calculated through an empirical formula; s3, a detailed design stage: defining ship weight gravity center details in different areas; s4, according to clear ship weight gravity center details in different areas, optimizing a ship body structure form and an equipment base, and reinforcing the ship body structure form and the equipment base; s5, a production design stage: according to the integrated whole ship model information, carrying out lightweight design on a ship equipment base and reinforcement; and S6, in a design completion stage, the weight change of each part of the ship in different stages is checked. According to the method, the problems that ship weight information is not comprehensive, ship structure design is extensive and ship design weight is not controlled are solved through finite element analysis and reduction of structural redundancy in design of different stages of the ship.

    本发明公开了一种用于LNG船结构轻量化设计监控方法,该方法具体包括如下步骤:S1,明确船舶设计生命周期内设计阶段的组成,分析各个阶段内影响船舶空船重量的因素;S2,初步设计阶段,通过经验公式计算船舶的空船重量;S3,详细设计阶段,明确不同区域的船舶重量重心明细;S4,根据明确的不同区域的船舶重量重心明细,优化船体结构形式和设备基座及加强;S5,生产设计阶段,根据整合的全船模型信息,对船舶设备基座及加强进行轻量化设计;S6,完工设计阶段,检验船舶各部分在不同阶段的重量变化。本发明通过在船舶不同阶段的设计通过有限元分析以及减少结构冗余解决了船舶重量信息不全面,船舶结构设计粗放化,船舶设计重量不受控的问题。
