The invention discloses a hybrid power locomotive energy conversion control device, a locomotive and a control method. The hybrid power locomotive energy conversion control device comprises a microcomputer control system, a power battery system, a main generator excitation system, a DCDC control system and a traction converter control system. The output of the power battery system is connected with the DCDC control system; the input end of the main generator excitation system is connected with a diesel engine of the locomotive; the DCDC control system is connected in parallel with the output of the main generator excitation system, and is connected with the traction variable current control system through a bus; the microcomputer control system controls the power output proportion of the two systems by adjusting the difference value between the DCDC control target preset voltage value Vdc and the main generator excitation system control target preset voltage value Vch. According to the control device, the power can be linearly changed and smoothly transited when the energy output of the diesel engine and the energy output of the power battery are converted; and the problems of locomotive shaking, black smoke emission and the like caused by unstable power are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力机车能量转换的控制装置、机车及控制方法,包括微机控制系统、动力电池系统,主发励磁系统,DCDC控制系统,牵引变流控制系统;动力电池系统的输出与DCDC控制系统连接;主发励磁系统的输入端与机车的柴油机连接;DCDC控制系统和主发励磁系统的输出并联,并通过母线连接牵引变流控制系统;微机控制系统通过调节DCDC控制目标预设电压值Vdc与主发励磁系统控制目标预设电压值Vch差值,来控制两个系统功率输出比例。本发明的控制装置可以使柴油机能量输出与动力电池能量输出转换时功率呈线性变化,平滑过渡;避免发生功率不稳而导致机车抖动、冒黑烟等问题。
