The invention provides a marine engine room equipment layout sensitivity determination method and device and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a kinetic model of at least one sub-component in a marine engine room after degree-of-freedom reduction and a kinetic model of a supporting platform; obtaining at least one uncertainty factor influencing the layout of the marine engine room; based on the at least one uncertainty factor and a Chebyshev polynomial zero point with nesting performance, a first sample set is determined, and the first sample set comprises at least one sampling point which is used for representing a layout scheme of at least one subcomponent and a supporting platform in the marine engine room; based on the at least one sampling point, the kinetic model of the at least one sub-component subjected to degree-of-freedom reduction and the kinetic model of the supporting platform, the upper limit and the lower limit of the inherent frequency of the marine engine room layout are obtained; and calculating the normalized sensitivity of the at least one uncertainty factor influencing the marine engine room layout based on the upper limit and the lower limit of the inherent frequency of the marine engine room layout.
