The invention provides a method for separating vibration transmission of a first sound channel and a second sound channel of a seawater cooling system, which comprises the following steps: integrating the vibration of the first sound channel and the vibration of the second sound channel, isolating the vibration of the second sound channel, replacing a rigid horse leg with an elastic horse leg at a pipeline horse leg mounting part, and fastening and mounting the elastic horse leg and an elastic suspension rod of a sound bridge device; separating the vibration of the first sound channel from the vibration of the second sound channel; starting normal operation of the system; arranging a vibration acceleration sensor for testing to obtain a first average acceleration level of the vibration of the ship structure; elastically suspending the system pipeline; arranging a vibration acceleration sensor for testing to obtain a second average acceleration level of the vibration of the hull structure. According to the technical scheme, vibration transmission of the first sound channel and the second sound channel of the ship mechanical system can be separated, and support is provided for identification of weak links of a mechanical system vibration control scheme.

    本发明提供一种分离海水冷却系统第一、二声通道振动传递的方法,综合第一声通道振动和第二声通道振动,隔绝第二声通道振动,在管路马脚安装部位,将刚性马脚替换为弹性马脚,并将弹性马脚与声桥装置的弹性悬吊杆紧固安装;分离第一声通道振动和第二声通道振动,系统管路为刚性固定状态,开启系统正常运行,布置振动加速度传感器测试得到船体结构振动的第一平均加速度级,系统管路弹性悬吊、且通海口管路与传递分离状态时,开启系统正常运行,布置振动加速度传感器测试得到船体结构振动的第二平均加速度级。本发明技术方案,能够分离船舶机械系统第一、二声通道振动传递,为机械系统振动控制方案薄弱环节的辨识提供支撑。
