The invention discloses a binding method and device of an electric vehicle system and the electric vehicle system. The electric vehicle system comprises a whole vehicle and a battery. The binding method comprises the steps that when the battery is connected into the whole vehicle, a request message of the battery is received, and a brake signal is output to the whole vehicle; when the battery corresponding to the request message meets the matching condition of the whole vehicle, a handshake response message is sent to the battery, so that the battery supplies power according to the handshake response message; and when the battery corresponding to the request message and the whole vehicle meet the binding condition, stopping outputting the brake signal, so that the whole vehicle meets the driving condition. According to the embodiment of the invention, the request message of the battery is received and the brake signal is output to the whole vehicle when the battery is connected to the whole vehicle, when the matching condition of the whole vehicle is met, the handshake response message is sent to the battery, so that the battery supplies power according to the handshake response message, and when the battery corresponding to the request message and the whole vehicle meet the binding condition, the brake signal is stopped from being output. Therefore, the whole bicycle can be ridden, the battery and the whole bicycle can be bound one by one, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.

    本发明公开了一种电动车系统的绑定方法、装置及电动车系统。电动车系统包括整车和电池,绑定方法包括:在电池接入整车时接收电池的请求报文以及输出刹车信号至整车;在请求报文对应的电池符合整车的匹配条件时,发送握手响应报文至电池,使电池根据握手响应报文供电;在请求报文对应的电池与整车符合绑定条件时,停止输出刹车信号,使整车满足行车条件。本发明实施例通过在电池接入整车时接收电池的请求报文以及输出刹车信号至整车,当符合整车的匹配条件时,发送握手响应报文至电池,使电池根据握手响应报文供电,在请求报文对应的电池与整车符合绑定条件时,停止输出刹车信号,使整车可骑行,实现了电池与整车的一一绑定,解除安全隐患。
