The invention relates to the technical field of liquid ammonia transport ships, and particularly discloses a decarburization and boil-off gas management integrated system for a liquid ammonia transport ship, which comprises an absorption tower, a lean and rich liquid heat exchanger, a desorption tower, a reboiler, a gas-liquid separator and a gas-liquid separator, the bottom of the absorption tower is connected with a rich and lean solution heat exchanger; a rich solution outlet of the rich and lean solution heat exchanger is connected with the upper part of the desorption tower; a rich liquid outlet of the desorption tower is connected with a reboiler and a gas-liquid separator; a rich solution flowing out of the desorption tower enters a reboiler for further desorption, and enters a gas-liquid separator for separation after desorption; barren liquor separated in the gas-liquid separator flows out from the bottom and flows back to the barren-rich liquor heat exchanger to exchange heat with rich liquor; a carbon dioxide outlet of the desorption tower is connected with a plurality of groups of separation assemblies, the separation assemblies are connected with a gas-liquid separator through a refrigeration assembly, and the gas-liquid separator is connected with a liquid carbon dioxide storage tank.
