The invention provides an adaptive traffic flow calculation system and method based on a laser radar, and the system comprises a cloud service layer, a regional service layer and an external equipment layer, the external equipment layer is connected with the regional service layer through a 5G communication network, and the external equipment layer comprises a laser radar module, a timing module, a data processing module, a power module and a 5G module. The regional service layer is connected with the cloud service layer through a 5G communication network, the regional service layer comprises a second-level operation platform, a second-level measurement and calculation module, a second-level data storage module and a regional networking module, and the cloud service layer comprises a first-level operation platform, a first-level measurement and calculation module, a cloud data storage module, a visualization module and a road network service center. According to the method, a distributed calculation mode is adopted, the area is used as a unit, data processing is facilitated, meanwhile, the road section traffic flow in the area is measured and calculated, then summarizing is carried out, the total traffic flow is obtained, the whole process is simple and convenient, and the traffic flow measurement and calculation efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明提出一种基于激光雷达的自适应交通流量测算系统及方法,包括云端服务层、区域服务层以及外部设备层,外部设备层通过5G通信网络与区域服务层连接,且外部设备层包括激光雷达模块、计时模块、数据处理模块、电源模块以及5G模块,区域服务层通过5G通信网络与云端服务层连接,且区域服务层包括二级操作平台、二级测算模块、二级数据存储模块及区域组网模块,云端服务层包括一级操作平台、一级测算模块、云端数据存储模块、可视化模块及路网服务中心,本发明采用分布式计算的方式,以区域为单位,便于数据处理,同时再测算该区域内的路段交通流量,再进行汇总,则得到总的交通流量,整体过程简单、方便,大幅提升对交通流量测算的效率。
