The invention discloses a factory vehicle overspeed early warning system and method based on video intelligent analysis, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle application, the system comprises an original monitoring camera of a main road of a factory, a big data platform infrastructure and a Hadoop distributed processing framework, a YARN as a Hadoop resource manager, and a Spark Streaming as a real-time computing framework; meanwhile, an OpenCV computer vision framework is adopted; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a real-time video stream and converting an image; detecting and extracting a license plate based on graphic iconography; carrying out license plate recognition and position positioning based on a convolutional neural network; calculating the vehicle speed based on an improved moving target displacement calculation method and a frame time method; and the license plate information and the vehicle speed information are combined into an image, and overspeed early warning information is pushed in real time. According to the method, customized vehicle speed measurement and overspeed early warning are carried out on the road condition of a fixed factory, so that factory safety management is facilitated, the vehicle speed is effectively controlled, and the safety of people and vehicles is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于视频智能分析的厂区车辆超速预警系统及方法,属于车辆应用技术领域,该系统包括厂区主干道原有监控摄像头,采用大数据平台基础设施与Hadoop分布式处理框架,选用YARN作为Hadoop资源管理器,Spark Streaming作为实时计算框架;同时,采用OpenCV计算机视觉框架;该方法包括如下步骤:实时视频流的获取与图像转化;基于图形图像学进行车牌的检测与提取;基于卷积神经网络的车牌识别与位置定位;基于改进的运动目标位移计算方法和帧时法计算车辆速度;将车牌信息与车速信息合并成图像,实时推送超速预警信息。本发明通过对固定厂区路况,开展定制化车辆测速与超速预警,有助于厂区安全管理,有效控制车辆速度,保障人车安全。
