The invention discloses a fault prediction method and system before unsealing after airplane parking, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the model of a target sealed airplane, obtaining a corresponding historical sealed unsealing record according to the model of the target airplane, and calculating an airplane age fault coefficient, a temperature fault coefficient and a humidity fault coefficient of the airplane; and according to the airplane age fault coefficient, the temperature fault coefficient, the humidity fault coefficient and the airplane age, the average sealing temperature and the average sealing humidity of the sealed airplane, calculating a predicted electronic fault frequency, and according to a value of the predicted electronic fault frequency, outputting a fault removal item before the airplane is unsealed. And according to the predicted number of faults, the troubleshooting items needing to be carried out before the aircraft is unsealed are output, the aircraft unsealing process is accelerated, and the aircraft unsealing efficiency is improved.
