Each stage of heat pump loop comprises a compressor, a four-way reversing valve, a refrigerant flow path of an inner coil pipe, a refrigerant flow path of an outer coil pipe, a refrigerant flow path of a reheating coil pipe, a throttling element, an outer coil pipe bypass valve, a communication bypass valve, a reheating coil pipe bypass valve and a one-way valve which are sequentially connected through a refrigerant pipeline; the fresh air flow path penetrates through each stage of heat pump loop; and each stage of heat pump loop can be independently switched to a defrosting mode. Compared with the prior art, cascade treatment of fresh air can be formed, supercooling of a refrigerant and reheating of the fresh air are achieved through the reheating coil arranged in the heat pump loop, the heat and humidity treatment efficiency of the fresh air can be greatly improved, and the operation energy consumption of the unit is reduced.
