The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft system fault diagnosis, and provides a method and a device for detecting and handling pipeline leakage of an aircraft control surface control system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring working data of each control surface; according to the position signal of the control surface actuator cylinder, the position values of the control surface actuator cylinder at different positions when the control surface deflects at different flight speeds are obtained, the movement speed V1 of the actuator cylinder is obtained through calculation, and a control surface actuator pressure supply pipeline flow speed monitoring model is obtained according to V1; calculating the hydraulic oil flow velocity of the pressure supply pipeline through a flow velocity model, and comparing the flow velocity with an actual flow velocity value; judging whether the pressure supply pipeline of the control surface actuator leaks or not according to the comparison result; after the pipeline leakage fault is judged, fault handling is carried out. According to the method, the defect of a control surface control system pipeline leakage fault detection means at the present stage is overcome; the method is simple to implement and simple in external field modification, realizes the detection of the leakage fault of the pressure supply pipeline endangering the flight safety, and can powerfully guarantee the flight safety.

    本发明涉及飞机系统故障诊断技术领域,提出了一种飞机舵面操纵系统管路泄漏检测和处置的方法及装置。其中,该方法包括:获取各舵面工作数据;根据舵面作动筒位置信号,得到不同飞行速度下,舵面偏转在不同位置的舵面作动筒位置值,计算得到作动筒运动速度V1,根据V1得到舵面作动器供压管路流速监控模型;通过流速模型计算得到供压管路液压油流速,并与流速实际值进行比较;根据比较结果判定舵面作动器供压管路是否存在泄漏;判定管路泄漏故障后,进行故障处置。本发明弥补了现阶段舵面操纵系统管路泄漏故障检测手段的缺失;实现简单,外场改装简单,实现了对危及飞行安全的供压管路泄漏故障的检测,可有力保障飞行安全。
