The invention relates to a reverse construction hoist supporting steel platform foundation, and belongs to the technical field of construction engineering. The supporting steel platform foundation comprises a horizontal supporting steel frame, a plurality of steel supporting legs and a lower inclined strut connecting rod piece, a first mounting assembly connected with the steel supporting legs is arranged on the side face of the horizontal supporting steel frame, and a second mounting assembly connected with the lower inclined strut connecting rod piece is arranged on the lower surface of the horizontal supporting steel frame. The multiple steel supporting legs are fixedly connected to the side face of the horizontal supporting steel frame through the first mounting assemblies, and a horizontal supporting steel platform foundation for mounting of the elevator is conveniently formed; and the lower inclined strut connecting rod pieces are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the horizontal supporting steel frame through the second mounting assemblies, so that an overhanging supporting steel platform foundation for mounting the elevator is conveniently formed. Any one of the horizontal support and the cantilever support can be selected according to different working conditions, so that the horizontal support steel frame can be repeatedly used in the whole construction period, and the utilization rate of resources is effectively increased.
