The invention relates to a plate-type management device for a high-acceleration environment. The plate-type management device comprises an upper laser drilling plate, a guide plate cover plate, a guide channel, a deflation adapter pipe, a middle laser drilling plate, a deflation pipe, a lower laser drilling plate, a bubble trap shell, a trap laser drilling plate and a trap base. According to the plate type management device, capillary force is formed on the basis of the laser processing micropores, bubble breaking points are formed through the capillary force, gas cannot enter the management device, and as long as the laser drilling part of the flow guide channel is located in a propellant, the management device can smoothly transmit the propellant to a downstream engine for use; and a propellant transmission and management function with a large acceleration magnitude is realized.

    本发明涉及一种用于大加速度环境的板式管理装置,包括上激光打孔板、导流板盖板、导流通道、放气转接管、中激光打孔版、放气管、下激光打孔板、气泡陷阱壳、陷阱激光打孔板、陷阱底座。本发明的板式管理装置基于激光加工微孔形成毛细力,通过毛细力形成泡破点,使气体无法进入管理装置内部,只要导流通道的激光打孔部位处于推进剂中,管理装置可以顺利传输推进剂给下游发动机使用,实现大加速度量级的推进剂传输和管理功能。
