The invention relates to an intelligent adjusting system for controlling the flow and temperature of a fresh water cooling water system of a container ship, which comprises a central centralized control unit, temperature sensors arranged at cooling medium outlets of equipment, and temperature control valves arranged at the cooling medium outlets of the equipment, the central centralized control unit is connected with each temperature sensor and each temperature control valve, the water outlet temperature condition of each device is monitored through each temperature sensor, each temperature sensor transmits a temperature signal to the central centralized control unit, and a temperature value for normal working of each device is set in the central centralized control unit; flow regulation of each device is realized through a temperature control valve. Labor can be saved, and the guarding requirements of intelligent ships and unmanned aerial vehicle cabins are met. According to the invention, timely monitoring of temperature and flow and overall regulation of the cabin are realized.
