The invention relates to a vehicle following detection method and device of a robot and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the relative position, output by a distance measuring device, of a target object, mileage information, output by a speedometer, of the robot and a sampling image, output by an image collecting device, of the target object are received; inputting the relative position into a preset conversion algorithm to obtain a pixel position of the target object; determining a relative motion relation of the target object relative to the robot according to the relative position and the mileage information; and under the condition that the relative motion relation shows that the target object moves towards the robot, whether the robot is controlled to execute a control instruction for avoiding the vehicle or not is judged according to the image recognition position and the pixel position of the target object in the sampling image.

    本公开涉及一种机器人的跟车检测方法、装置和存储介质,该方法包括:接收测距装置输出的目标对象的相对位置、里程计输出的机器人的里程信息和图像采集装置输出的目标对象的采样图像;将相对位置输入至预设的转换算法中,得到目标对象的像素位置;根据相对位置和里程信息,确定目标对象相对于机器人的相对运动关系;在相对运动关系表示为目标对象朝向机器人移动的情况下,根据目标对象在采样图像中的图像识别位置和像素位置,判断是否控制机器人执行避让车辆的控制指令。
