According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, whether the vehicle is subjected to high-voltage power-off treatment or not can be determined according to the actual condition of the vehicle, so that the situation that the vehicle breaks down due to direct high-voltage power-off is avoided, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
