The invention discloses a power battery integration system, an integration method and a vehicle. The power battery integration system comprises an upper cover, a chassis frame, a battery and frame beam assembly and a lower cover which are integrated into a whole, the upper cover, the chassis frame and the lower cover are enclosed to form an accommodating space of the battery and the frame beam assembly, and the battery and the frame beam assembly form an independent rigid structure whole and are suitable for being rigidly mounted in the accommodating space from bottom to top, so that the structural strength and rigidity between the battery and frame beam assembly and the chassis frame are mutually enhanced. The battery system and the chassis of the whole vehicle are integrated, so that the space arrangement efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, the arrangement space of the battery cells is increased, more battery cells can be arranged, the energy density and the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle are improved, and the weight and cost of the whole vehicle are reduced; meanwhile, the overall structural strength and torsional rigidity of the battery system are improved. The integrated structure supports the assembly of the battery system from bottom to top and the disassembly of the battery system from top to bottom, so that the disassembly and assembly convenience is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池集成系统、集成方法及车辆,动力电池集成系统包括集成为一体的上盖、底盘框架、电池及框梁总成和下盖;上盖、底盘框架和下盖围合形成电池及框梁总成的容纳空间,电池及框梁总成为独立的刚性结构整体,其适于自下而上地刚性挂载安装于容纳空间,以使电池及框梁总成与底盘框架二者之间互相增强结构强度与刚度。本发明将电池系统与整车底盘集成为一体,提高了整车空间布置效率,增加了电芯可布置空间,能够布置更多的电芯,提升能量密度和整车续航里程,实现了整车的减重降本;同时提高了电池系统整体结构强度和扭转刚度。这种集成结构支持自下而上的电池系统装配,以及自上而下的电池系统拆卸,拆装的便利性大大提高。
