The invention relates to a tunnel bottleneck management and control system and method for high-passenger-rate vehicle priority. The method comprises the steps that a data acquisition module acquires running state information of CAVs and CHVs in an upstream control area and a tunnel bottleneck area; the decision generation module predicts a CHV trajectory scheme, and then judges whether the CHV is on a conventional lane close to the DHL or not and whether the CHV can obtain speed gain on the DHL or not so as to determine whether the CHV needs to apply for lane change from the CAV to the DHL or not; if the application for changing the lane to the DHL exists, whether a CAV capable of changing the lane exists in front or not and whether an HOV lane can provide corresponding right of way or not are judged, if yes, a lane changing track optimization decision is made for the CAV, and if not, a vehicle cruise track optimization decision is made for the CAV; and finally, the control execution module converts the optimization decision information into a CAV trajectory control instruction, and issues the CAV trajectory control instruction to a CAV in a road network for execution. Compared with the prior art, the method can guarantee the benefit fairness of traffic travelers while reducing the bottleneck traffic jam of the expressway tunnel.

    本发明涉及一种面向高载客率车辆优先的隧道瓶颈管控系统及其方法,该方法包括:数据采集模块采集上游控制区域和隧道瓶颈区域内CAV和CHV的运行状态信息;决策生成模块对CHV轨迹方案进行预测,之后判断CHV是否在DHL临近的常规车道上以及CHV在DHL上是否能够获得速度增益,以确定CHV是否需要申请CAV向DHL换道;若存在向DHL换道的申请,则判断前方是否存在可换道的CAV以及HOV车道是否能提供相应路权,若均判断为是、则为CAV进行换道轨迹优化决策,否则为CAV进行车辆巡航轨迹优化决策;最后由控制执行模块将优化决策信息转化生成CAV轨迹控制指令、并下发给路网中的CAV执行。与现有技术相比,本发明能够在减少快速路隧道瓶颈交通拥堵的同时保障交通出行者的效益公平性。
