The invention discloses a nondestructive testing device and method for internal defects of concrete, the device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle and an ultrasonic testing device carried on the unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fuselage mounting frame, a pulley assembly, a fuselage, a rotor wing assembly, a power device and a flight control processor, the ultrasonic detection device comprises an MIRA ultrasonic shear wave imaging device, a sliding rail and a telescopic driving device, the telescopic driving device drives the MIRA ultrasonic shear wave imaging device to move on the sliding rail and is pressed to the surface of the detected concrete, and then detection of internal defects of the detected concrete is completed; the detection method comprises the steps that the unmanned aerial vehicle carries the ultrasonic detection device to collect ultrasonic information on the surface of concrete, and the collected ultrasonic information is processed; and judging the health condition of the concrete according to a processing result. According to the invention, nondestructive testing of internal defects of the concrete can be realized, so that the overall health condition of a building is evaluated, and an evaluation basis is provided for building maintenance.

    本发明公开了一种混凝土内部缺陷无损检测装置及方法,该装置包括无人机和搭载在无人机上的超声检测装置,所述无人机包括机身挂载架,滑轮组件,机体,旋翼组件,动力装置和飞行控制处理器,所述超声检测装置包括MIRA超声剪切波成像装置,滑轨和伸缩驱动装置,伸缩驱动装置驱动MIRA超声剪切波成像装置使其在滑轨上运动并被按压至检测混凝土表面,进而完成被检测混凝土内部缺陷的检测;检测方法包括:无人机搭载超声检测装置在混凝土表面采集超声信息,对采集到的超声信息进行处理;根据处理结果判断混凝土的健康情况。本发明能够实现对混凝土内部缺陷的无损检测,进而对建筑整体健康状况进行评估,为建筑维修提供评估依据。
