The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater robots, and discloses an underwater working robot ROV repeater hydraulic system which comprises an underwater power source HPU, a pressure compensation oil tank, a TMS hydraulic control valve box HCU, an execution mechanism and a safety module. The underwater power source HPU sucks out hydraulic oil in the pressure compensation oil tank and sequentially conveys the hydraulic oil to the TMS hydraulic control valve box HCU and the safety module through an oil supply pipeline. The executing mechanism is connected to the TMS hydraulic control valve box HCU, and the TMS hydraulic control valve box HCU is communicated with the pressure compensation oil tank through an oil return pipeline after converging. By means of the hydraulic system, the underwater umbilical cable automatic winding and unwinding function, the umbilical cable synchronous transmission function and the cable tension control function can be achieved, and finally the underwater ROV body is locked and released through the hydraulic locking device.
