The arrangement method comprises the step of arrangement optimization based on the three-dimensional digital dual-fuel system. Manufacturing a special LNG wall pipe; a subsystem is reserved; the joints of the storage tank and the fuel cabin are integrally integrated; pipeline testing; pre-debugging the LNG supply system; debugging a dual-fuel host system; manufacturing a ship body base; and hoisting and carrying: hoisting and carrying the integrated whole at the joint of the storage tank and the fuel cabin to a ship body. The method has the advantages that the arrangement scheme of the dual-fuel gas supply system is optimized based on the three-dimensional design, the pre-fitting-out rate is high through high integration of the joints of the storage tanks and the fuel cabins, and overall one-time hoisting is achieved; the vaporization heating system, the filling system and the safety control system for gas supply are arranged in the fuel cabin joint, are not easy to damage in use, and can monitor whether gas leakage occurs in the space of the fuel cabin joint, so that the LNG power ship runs more safely.
本发明公开了大型LNG双燃料耙吸式挖泥船供气系统布置方法,它涉及LNG双燃料挖泥船技术领域。布置方法包括基于三维数字化双燃料系统布置优化;LNG专用壁管制作;子系统预留;储罐及燃料舱接头处所整体集成;管路试验;LNG供气系统预调试;双燃料主机系统调试;船体基座制作;吊装搭载:将储罐及燃料舱接头处所的集成整体吊装搭载至船体。本发明的优点在于:基于三维设计优化双燃料供气系统布置方案,通过储罐及燃料舱接头处所高度集成,预舾装率高,实现整体一次吊装;供气的汽化加热系统、加注系统、安全控制系统设于燃料舱接头处所内部,使用中不易损坏,并可监测燃料舱接头处所空间内是否有气体泄漏情况发生,LNG动力船舶运行更安全。
