    The invention discloses a floating type offshore wind power cabin liquid level monitoring device. A buoy body at least comprises a fixed ballast tank and an adjustable ballast tank. Collecting devices are distributed and installed at the top of the ballast tank and used for collecting liquid level data of the ballast tank. A liquid level collecting device is arranged in the void and used for measuring the liquid level and early warning when water enters the void accidentally, and the liquid level collecting device and the liquid level collecting device are connected with a computer. The evaluation method comprises the following steps: arranging a liquid level acquisition device in each cabin of the floating type offshore wind power platform, acquiring real-time liquid level data of all the cabins, and transmitting the data to an external computer terminal; the external computer terminal analyzes and obtains the real-time water volume of each cabin according to the input liquid level data; water filling and drainage are conducted on the cabin, and the cabin is used for ballast during hauling or construction; repeating the step 2, and importing the structure model of the floating body into the external computer terminal; and acquiring the water level of the cabins, and comparing the preset water level values of the cabins except the reserved ballast tanks during normal operation.
