The invention discloses a system for a robot to go upstairs and downstairs, which comprises four rows of wheels, a vehicle shell, a distance measuring laser I, a distance measuring laser II, a lead screw and a motor, and is characterized in that the four rows of wheels are mounted on the bottom surface of the vehicle shell; the four rows of wheels comprise a first row of wheels, a second row of wheels, a third row of wheels and a fourth row of wheels; the second row of wheels and the third row of wheels are power wheels, the speed of a motor and the angle of a steering engine are controlled through PID, and the free steering function can be achieved on the flat ground; the four rows of wheel carriers are connected to a motor through lead screws, and the lifting function can be achieved through alternate lifting. A motor is controlled to move accurately through PID based on a PLC, so that plane movement of the intelligent robot vehicle is changed into three-dimensional movement, and the intelligent robot vehicle can move in more scenes. The automatic stair climbing mechanical system can move in plane scenes at all heights in a physical moving mode, and is low in manufacturing cost, capable of occupying human public resource space to the minimum, convenient to apply, stable in mechanical design and suitable for large-scale application.

    本发明公开了一种机器车上下楼系统,包括四排轮、车壳体、测距激光I、测距激光II、丝杠、电机,所述四排轮安装于所述车壳体底面;所述四排轮分为第一排轮、第二排轮、第三排轮、第四排轮;所述第二排轮、第三排轮为动力轮,由PID控制电机速度及舵机角度,在平地可以实现自由转向功能;所述四排轮架均由丝杠连接在电机上,交替升降可以实现升降功能。该新基于PLC通过PID控制电机进行精准移动,从而实现将智能机器车由平面移动改为三维移动,可以在更多场景进行运动。自动上下楼梯机械系统可以通过物理移动方式在各个高度平面场景进行运动,而且造价成本低,还最小化占用人类公共资源空间,应用方便机械设计稳定,适合大规模应用。
