The invention discloses a direct current charging stop control method and system for a pure electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, and the method comprises the following steps: based on different triggering modes, sending different hard wire signals to a vehicle control unit through a charging stop button; the vehicle control unit determines corresponding countdown time of delayed charging stopping according to the different hard wire signals, and after countdown is finished, a power-off instruction is sent to the battery management module; and after receiving the power-off instruction, the battery management module disconnects the main negative relay to complete the power-off operation. According to the method, direct-current charging stop is controlled through vehicle-end hardware, charging stop can be delayed, multi-gear adjustment is achieved, charging stop can be reserved, and the actual requirements of customers are flexibly met. And meanwhile, the vehicle end actively stops charging, so that a battery fire accident caused by overcharge of the vehicle power battery pack can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车直流充电停止控制方法与系统,涉及电动汽车技术领域,包括以下步骤:基于不同的触发方式,通过充电停止按钮向整车控制器发送不同的硬线信号;整车控制器根据所述不同硬线信号,确定对应的延时停止充电的倒计时时间,当倒计时结束后向电池管理模块发送下电指令;电池管理模块收到所述下电指令后断开主负继电器,完成下电操作。本方法通过车端硬件控制直流充电停止,可以延时停止充电,有多档可调,可以预约停止充电,灵活满足客户的实际需求。同时车辆端主动停止充电,可以避免车辆动力电池包因过充导致电池起火的事件发生。
