The invention belongs to the technical field of low-altitude aircrafts, and particularly relates to a low-altitude aircraft air traffic management method and system. The method comprises the following steps: collecting flight data of an aircraft; planning an optimal route based on the flight data and sending the optimal route to the aircraft; the aircraft sails according to the corresponding optimal route, and whether a collision risk exists or not is detected in real time during sailing; and when the collision risk exists, planning an avoidance route and enabling the aircraft to sail according to the avoidance route. The 5G communication technology and the low-orbit satellite communication technology are utilized, efficient communication between low-altitude aircrafts is achieved, data such as the position and the speed are transmitted in real time, the collision risk is effectively avoided, and the air traffic safety of the low-altitude aircrafts is improved.
