The invention discloses a heat pipe device for cooling air in a cabin of an underwater vehicle. The heat pipe device is characterized by comprising a condenser, a first broadside valve, a fluorine pump, an evaporator, a second broadside valve and a bypass valve, the condenser is arranged on the outer wall of the underwater vehicle and is directly exposed in seawater; an outlet of the condenser is connected with an inlet of the fluorine pump through a first broadside valve; an expansion tank and a fluorine adding valve are sequentially arranged between the first broadside valve and the fluorine pump; an outlet of the fluorine pump is connected with a first inlet of the evaporator, and a first outlet of the evaporator is connected with an inlet of the condenser through the second broadside valve; the evaporator is arranged in a main engine room of the underwater vehicle; a heat pipe working medium is arranged in the evaporator; one end of the bypass valve is connected with an inlet of the fluorine pump, and the other end of the bypass valve is connected with an outlet of the fluorine pump. The invention further provides a method for cooling the air in the cabin of the underwater vehicle. The energy consumption and noise of the cooling system can be effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于冷却水下潜航器舱室空气的热管装置,其特包括冷凝器、第一舷侧阀、氟泵、蒸发器、第二舷侧阀、旁通阀;冷凝器安设在水下潜航器外壁,直接裸露在海水中;冷凝器的出口通过第一舷侧阀与氟泵的入口连接;在第一舷侧阀、氟泵之间依次设有膨胀罐、加氟阀;氟泵的出口与蒸发器的第一入口连接,蒸发器的第一出口通过第二舷侧阀与冷凝器的入口连接;蒸发器置于水下潜航器的主机舱室内;蒸发器内设有热管工质;旁通阀的一端与氟泵的入口连接,旁通阀的另一端与氟泵的出口连接。本发明还提供了一种冷却水下潜航器舱室空气的方法。本发明可有效降低冷却系统的能耗和噪声。
