The invention provides an adjustable lifting appliance for hot galvanizing, which comprises an I-shaped beam, a cross beam is arranged at the bottom of the I-shaped beam, hanging rods are welded on both sides of the cross beam, limiting rods are bolted on the tops of the hanging rods, hanging rings are hung on the surfaces of the hanging rods, chains are bolted on the bottoms of the hanging rings, lifting hooks are bolted on the bottoms of the chains, and the lifting hooks are connected with the lifting hooks. According to the angle steel hanging device, the hanging rods with the matched intervals are selected for hanging connection through the hanging rings according to the length of angle steel, then the hanging rings are hung at different positions of the surfaces of the hanging rods, and then the hanging rings are limited through the limiting rods, so that adjustment can be effectively and conveniently conducted according to the length of the angle steel; and meanwhile, the distance between the two pieces of angle steel can be effectively adjusted according to the size of the angle steel, so that dead angles caused by mutual collision and attachment of the angle steel can be effectively avoided, plane holes of the angle steel can be effectively hooked by arranging the lifting hooks, and side holes of the angle steel can be effectively hooked by arranging the lifting rods.

    本发明提供了一种热镀锌用可调节式吊具,包括工字梁,所述工字梁的底部设置有横梁,所述横梁的两侧均焊接有挂杆,所述挂杆的顶部栓接有限位杆,所述挂杆的表面挂接有挂环,所述挂环的底部栓接有链条,所述链条的底部栓接有吊钩,所述吊钩的一侧栓接有吊杆,本发明通过挂环根据角钢的长度选择相适配间距的挂杆进行挂接,然后通过挂环挂置在挂杆表面不同的位置,再通过限位杆对挂环限位,从而能够有效便于根据角钢的长度进行调节,同时还能够有效根据角钢尺寸大小调节两个角钢之间的间距,从而能够有效避免角钢相互碰撞贴合造成镀锌存在死角,通过设置吊钩,从而能够有效对角钢的平面孔进行挂接,通过设置吊杆,从而能够有效对角钢的侧面孔进行挂接。
