The stepless rotation adjusting assembly comprises a box shell, a first motor, an input wheel arranged in the box shell, a variable-diameter output wheel, a tensioner, a belt and a variable-diameter driving mechanism. The stepless pitching adjusting assembly comprises a hanging box, an extrusion mechanism located at the bottom of the inner side of the hanging box, an air bag located in the extrusion mechanism, a cylindrical sleeve located beside the extrusion mechanism, a piston rod movably arranged in the cylindrical sleeve and a reset spring located in the cylindrical sleeve and abutting against the piston rod downwards. According to the device, the radius of the variable-diameter output wheel is adjusted through the stepless rotation adjusting assembly, rapid stepless adjustment of the rotating speed of the camera is achieved, the piston rod moves up and down through gas and the reset spring, and rapid stepless adjustment of the pitching angle of the camera is achieved.
