The invention relates to a method for determining the installation precision of multi-screw fixing equipment. The method comprises the following steps: defining an installation theoretical coordinate system of a component 0 and a component 1; providing a mounting hole theoretical coordinate of the component 0 relative to the coordinate system R0x0y0 and a mounting hole theoretical coordinate of the component 1 relative to the coordinate system R1x1y1; establishing normal distribution that the mounting hole location degree of the component 0 meets the standard deviation sigma0, and normal distribution that the mounting hole location degree of the component 1 meets the standard deviation sigma1; generating actual coordinates of all mounting holes in the component 0 and the component 1; generating an angle deviation value and a position deviation value; calculating the coordinates of the actual coordinates of the mounting hole of the assembly 1 in R0x0y0; establishing an alignment degree constraint of assembly completion of each pair of mounting holes, and storing a random number array meeting the constraint as a sample; and repeating the steps to obtain enough samples, and counting the standard deviation of all the samples as the mounting azimuth precision and the position precision of the component 1. The method solves the problem that the traditional analysis method is difficult to accurately analyze the installation precision of the non-linear dimension chain.
本发明涉及一种多螺钉固定设备安装精度确定方法,包括:定义组件0、组件1的安装理论坐标系;给出组件0相对坐标系R0x0y0的安装孔理论坐标,组件1相对坐标系R1x1y1的安装孔理论坐标;建立组件0安装孔位置度满足标准差σ0的正态分布、组件1安装孔位置度满足标准差σ1的正态分布;生成组件0、组件1上的所有安装孔的实际坐标;生成角度偏差值、位置偏差值;计算组件1安装孔实际坐标在R0x0y0的坐标;建立每对安装孔完成装配的对齐程度约束,保存满足约束的随机数数组作为样本;重复执行上述步骤得到足够的样本,统计所有样本的标准差,作为组件1的安装方位精度和位置精度。本发明解决了传统分析方法难以对非线性尺寸链安装精度进行准确分析的问题。
