According to the high-speed locomotive driving gearbox for improving the oil return effect, when the gearbox runs, lubricating oil leaked from the sealing labyrinth of the input shaft and the output shaft firstly flows back to the oil return buffer cavity and then flows back to the oil pool from the oil return buffer cavity. When the rotating speed of the gearbox is increased until the internal pressure of the gearbox is increased and the lubricating oil is prevented from flowing back to the gearbox oil pool, the lubricating oil leaked from the sealing labyrinth can flow back and be gathered in the oil return buffer cavity firstly, and finally flows back to the gearbox oil pool after the rotating speed of the gearbox is reduced, so that the lubricating oil leaked from the sealing labyrinth flows back smoothly. The gearbox is connected with the external environment through the breathing system, when the internal pressure of the gearbox is larger than that of the external environment, internal airflow flows to the external environment through the breathing system, and the internal pressure of the gearbox is reduced; when the internal pressure of the gearbox is smaller than that of the external environment, external environment airflow flows into the gearbox through the breathing system, the internal pressure of the gearbox is increased, and therefore the purpose of balancing the internal pressure and the external pressure of the gearbox is achieved.

    本发明提供的一种用于提高回油效果的高速机车驱动齿轮箱,在齿轮箱运转时,输入轴和输出轴密封迷宫泄漏出的润滑油均先回流到回油缓冲腔,再从回油缓冲腔流回油池。当齿轮箱转速升高至其内部压强变大,阻碍润滑油回流至齿轮箱油池时,密封迷宫泄漏出的润滑油可先回流集聚在回油缓冲腔中,待齿轮箱转速降低后最终回流到齿轮箱油池,使得密封迷宫泄漏出的润滑油顺利回流。齿轮箱通过呼吸系统与外部环境相连,当齿轮箱内部压强大于外部环境时,内部气流通过呼吸系统流到外部环境,降低齿轮箱内部压强;当齿轮箱内部压强小于外部环境时,外部环境气流通过呼吸系统流入齿轮箱内,提高齿轮箱内部压强,从而达到平衡齿轮箱内外压强的目的。
