The three spring sleeve assemblies are vertically arranged at the three corners of the upper surface of the base correspondingly. The lower auxiliary supporting assembly mounting seat is arranged in the middle of the three groups of spring sleeve assemblies; the tops of the three groups of spring sleeve assemblies penetrate through three corners of the lower auxiliary supporting assembly mounting seat and extend upwards; the upper auxiliary supporting assembly mounting seat is mounted at the top ends of the three groups of spring sleeve assemblies; the three groups of locking assemblies are arranged on the upper surface of the lower auxiliary supporting assembly mounting seat; the locking assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence with the spring sleeve assemblies, so that the spring sleeve assemblies are locked; the three spring sleeve assemblies drive the upper auxiliary supporting assembly mounting base to move up and down. Unfolding trigger force is provided for starting of the elastic winding drum, the metastable state is overcome, supporting points are provided for the elastic winding drum, and restraining is carried out. The device has the characteristics of high positioning precision, small locking resistance, high locking rigidity and the like.
