The invention discloses an accelerated life test method for an electromechanical actuator of an aviation cargo door. The method comprises the steps of determining a product service profile; determining a product stress profile according to the product service profile; decomposing the product life part composition to the highest part level of the life model; determining an accelerated stress profile according to the highest component level and the product stress profile of the life model; carrying out experimental testing and monitoring; and processing and evaluating test data. The invention provides an accelerated life test method based on a critical component life theoretical formula and an environmental acceleration model, which comprises the following steps: gradually decomposing to actuator life components and stress influence types from an aircraft operation profile hypothesis, and finally selecting temperature, humidity, vibration, load, voltage and frequency as acceleration stress to test the accelerated life of the aircraft. A normal-temperature loading endurance test and a comprehensive environment test are combined, so that a relatively comprehensive accelerated life test design of a product is realized.

    一种航空货舱门机电作动器加速寿命试验方法,包括:确定产品服役剖面;根据产品服役剖面确定产品应力剖面;分解产品寿命件组成,至有寿命模型的最高部件层级;根据寿命模型的最高部件层级和产品应力剖面,确定加速应力剖面;开展试验测试和监测;对试验数据进行处理并评估。本发明提出一种基于关键部件寿命理论公式和环境加速模型的加速寿命试验方法,从飞机运营剖面假设开始,逐步分解至作动器寿命部件及应力影响类型,最后选择温度、湿度、振动、载荷、电压、频次作为加速应力,结合常温加载耐久试验和综合环境试验,实现了产品较为全面的加速寿命试验设计。
