The invention belongs to the technical field of assembly, and relates to an aircraft spoiler and flap cabin structure gap control device and method.The aircraft spoiler and flap cabin structure gap control device comprises a scriber, and the scriber is provided with a main suspension connector used for being connected with an actuator cylinder base connector on a wing rear girder; an auxiliary suspension connector used for being connected with an auxiliary front connector, an auxiliary rear connector, a front main connector and a rear main connector on a wing rear girder is further arranged on the scriber, the scriber comprises a scriber body, and a scribing working face protruding in the course direction is arranged on one side of the scriber body. The side face, connected with the scribing working face, of the scriber body is consistent with the theoretical position of the front edge end face of the spoiler, and the protruding amount of the scribing working face in the course is consistent with the gap size of the aircraft spoiler and the flap cabin structure. The method solves the problems that in the prior art, a lineation method with a rear girder of an aircraft wing structure as the reference is adopted for controlling the gap between the spoiler and the flap cabin structure, and the method is affected by error transmission and is prone to causing gap out-of-tolerance.
