The comfort level cloud computing platform comprises a human body comfort level database, a human body model library, a pressure comfort level computing module, a thermal comfort level computing module, a convection side cooperative computing module and a seat side cooperative computing module, and the seat temperature control system comprises a circulating water pump, an embedded heat exchange water plate and a distributed magnetorheological fluid device. According to the comfort degree adjusting method, through cooperative calculation and control over the speed field, the pressure field and the temperature field, combined control over the convection side cooperative angle of two-field coupling and the seat side cooperative performance of three-field coupling is carried out, multiple adjusting modes can be accurately controlled, and the comfort degree adjusting method is based on the PMV-PPD index of the human body. And self-adaptive adjustment can be carried out according to the characteristics of different passengers.
