The method comprises the steps that a recharging over-current fault grade coefficient, an energy recovery flag bit and battery information and motor information in the electric vehicle energy recovery process are obtained, and the motor information comprises the motor rotating speed; obtaining a first output torque according to the battery information and the motor information; obtaining a table look-up output torque based on the motor rotating speed and the mapping relation between the motor rotating speed and the output torque, determining a second output torque according to a preset motor minimum torque, the table look-up output torque and the first output torque, obtaining a third output torque based on the recharging overcurrent fault grade coefficient and the second output torque, and outputting the third output torque according to the recharging overcurrent fault grade coefficient. Determining a fourth output torque according to the energy recovery flag bit and the third output torque; and outputting the fourth output torque and performing energy recovery. And a battery cell can be prevented from being damaged by current overload during energy recovery.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车能量回收输出扭矩控制方法、装置及车辆,设计电动汽车技术领域,包括:获取回充过流故障等级系数、能量回收标志位、电动汽车能量回收过程中的电池信息及电机信息,所述电机信息包括电机转速;依据所述电池信息及所述电机信息,获得第一输出扭矩;基于所述电机转速、所述电机转速与输出扭矩之间的映射关系,得到查表输出扭矩,依据预设电机最小扭矩、所述查表输出扭矩及所述第一输出扭矩,确定第二输出扭矩,基于所述回充过流故障等级系数及第二输出扭矩,得到第三输出扭矩,依据所述能量回收标志位及所述第三输出扭矩,确定第四输出扭矩;输出所述第四输出扭矩并进行能量回收。可防止在能量回收时电流超载损坏电芯。
