The invention relates to a wiper motor starting method and system and a wiper. The wiper motor starting method comprises the steps that a wiper motor starting instruction is received, and the working environment temperature of a wiper motor is obtained; whether the obtained working environment temperature is smaller than or equal to a preset temperature or not is judged, and if not, a wiper motor is controlled to start and operate in a normal working mode; otherwise, the wiper motor is controlled to be started in a low-temperature starting mode, and in the low-temperature starting mode, at least one operation characteristic of the wiper motor at the time of starting is changed compared with the normal working mode. By the adoption of the scheme, the problem that the wiper motor is difficult to start normally or cannot be started for a long time due to the low-temperature environment can be solved, and system safety and reliability are improved.
